Brief
Ofcom tasked Whistlejacket with designing the report publication, creating a design system complementary to the Ofcom brand, and coordinating photography of Ofcom offices and employees to use throughout the document.
Whistlejacket created a bold and visually exciting design system for Ofcom’s 2024–25 annual report which aimed to The report presents the very best of Ofcom, highlighting the impact of their work during the previous year. Whistlejacket formatted the 215 page publication, designing infographics, complex data tables and graphs, to create a comprehensive yet visually engaging document. Coordinating photography shoots across the Ofcom offices allowed the document to be brought to life with eye-catching imagery.
The primary audiences of this report were parliamentarians, stakeholders, journalists and members of the public, with the document being laid in Parliament in July 2025.
