Addison Lee have been driving passengers for over forty years offering a high quality product to discerning customers. In recent years their preeminence in the mini cab market has been eroded by the arrival of disrupters like Uber and Gett.
Background
Brief
Whistlejacket were tasked with delivering an internal Purpose, to guide Addison Lee’s evolution as a brand and business, along with a new brand identity and accompanying assets including the redesign of their app and website.
Solution
After carrying out interviews across each department, we were able to define a new set of values for the brand – Helpful, Tireless, Polished and Enterprising. This new positioning was then used to design a new look and feel for Addison Lee. This included a new brand identity, refreshed tone of voice, redesign of their app and website.
To launch their new brand, we also created an advertising campaign that ran in both print and digital spaces including London tube and rail platforms, newspapers and across social media. This campaign portrays a wide series of customers, promoting the varied and comprehensive services that Addison Lee provides. The line “Addison Lee for me”, communicates how Addison Lee provides a such brilliant service for every type of customer.
